Location: Moreton Road, Upton
Firefighters were called to a property on Moreton Road, Upton, on Friday 26th June.
Crews were alerted at 7.55am and on scene at 7.59am. Two fire engines attended.
On arrival crews found a fire in the kitchen of the property.
Two firefighters wearing breathing apparatus entered the property and used a high pressure hose reel to extinguish the fire.
Crews then used a positive pressure fan to ventilate the property.
Three people, who were out of the property when firefighters arrived, were assessed at the scene by North West Ambulance Service and taken to hospital for further checks.
It is believed the fire started accidentally.
Firefighters left the scene at 8.37am.
