Location: Bidston Hill, Wirral
Merseyside Fire & Rescue Service is currently in attendance on Bidston Hill, Wirral.
Crews were alerted shortly after midday. Four fire engines are in attendance.
On arrival crews found a fire to the rear of Hillside Farm involving approximately 100m x 30m of grass and gorse.
Four main jets and one hose reel jet have been used to tackle the main body of the fire.
Crews are not carrying out hot spotting and damping down.
