Location: Tithebarn Road, Crosby, Sefton
MFRS attended an incident in Tithebarn Road, Crosby, on Wednesday, 15th July.
We were alerted at 11.06am and on scene at 11.15am. One engine attended.
On arrival, crews found a cat was stuck on the sump guard of a car's engine.
Airbags were used to lift the car in order to be able to extricate the cat.
The cat was released unharmed at 11.45am and returned to its owner.
We left the scene at 11.47am.
