Location: Argyle Street, Birkenhead
Merseyside Fire & Rescue Service is currently in attendance at an incident on Argyle Street, Birkenhead.
Crews were alerted at 11.12 and in attendance shortly after. Four fire engines are in attendance.
On arrival, crews found a four-storey building involved in fire. A high pressure hose reel was used through the first floor window, before firefighters wearing breathing apparatus entered the building and extinguished the fire.
Ventilation is now in progress.
